GENERAL INFORMATION
3D Skin Viewer is a free online service for viewing and modeling 3D images of CS:GO skins (“Service”).
The Service is provided to you ("you" or “User”) by CS VIRTUAL TRADE LTD, a Cyprus private limited company, registered under number ΗΕ 389299, having its place of business at 705, Spyrou Araouzou & Koumantarias, Fayza House, 3036, Limassol, Cyprus (“CS.MONEY”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) on the terms and conditions stated below (the “Terms of Use”).
Please read carefully these Terms of Use before using the Service.
ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT
By accessing or using the Service through the website https://3d.cs.money/ (the “Website) you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use which constitute the entire legally binding agreement, governing your use of the Service, between you (“you”, “User”) and CS.MONEY (the “Agreement”).
By visiting the Website and using the Service you signify that you have read, understand, have the legal capacity to, and hereby agree to be legally bound by and to comply with the Terms of Use in full.

ORIGINAL CONTENT
3D-views, animations, shaders of the skins are created by CS.MONEY or its licensors (collectively, the “Original Content”) and are the exclusive property of CS.MONEY and its licensors are protected by intellectual property laws and treaties, and all rights are reserved.
LICENSING OF CONTENT
Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms of Use shall be deemed to create a license to the Original Content, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works from the Original Content. Subject to the Terms of Use, CS.MONEY provides you with a license to use the Original Content for your personal, noncommercial use only.
CS.MONEY may terminate this license at any time for any or no reason.
USE OF ORIGINAL CONTENT FOR ANY PURPOSE NOT EXPRESSLY PERMITTED BY THESE TERMS OF USE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
USE OF THE SERVICE
The Service is available to Users who have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and are of sufficient age, as may be required under the laws of the country of their citizenship or residence, to use the Service, but no less than 13 years old.
CS.MONEY may at its sole discretion restrict a User’s access to the Service (or certain functions of the Service) in the event of repeated violations of these Terms or may take other appropriate actions pertaining to the User to comply with legal requirements, third-party rights, and legitimate interests.
CS.MONEY RIGHTS
You acknowledge that we reserve the right to:
- modify, suspend and/or discontinue the Service, the Website, or any content, features, or offers with or without notifying you beforehand;
- provide different capabilities and/or features for our Website, without any notice to you or without any rights of claim assignable to you;
- undertake any actions as may deem appropriate in response to actual and/or suspected violations of these Terms of Use;
- to cooperate with public authorities or third-party authorities and/or third parties in relation to the investigation of any suspected or alleged crime or civil wrong. CS.MONEY may also provide information in response to any legal processes, such as subpoenas, search warrants, and court orders, or to establish or exercise its legal rights or defend against legal claims. CS.MONEY shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of such information by such third parties.
TITLE
The CS.MONEY logo and any CS.MONEY product or service names, logos or slogans, and/or any other intellectual property that may appear on the Website are trademarks of CS.MONEY and our affiliates and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. In addition, the features of the Website and its content, designs, domain names, downloadable documents, digital conversions including, without limitation, all page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts, constitute the intellectual property of CS.MONEY and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
Any trademarks, logos, skins, artworks, and other objects of intellectual property (either registered or unregistered), presented on the Website, belong to their respective owners and there are no implied licenses to use them unless otherwise stipulated by the owner in writing. Any unauthorized use is an infringement sanctioned by the applicable legislative framework.
CS.MONEY is not affiliated in any way with Valve Corporation and its affiliates.
INDEMNIFICATION
The Service is provided "as is", we make no warranties, expressed or implied, and we hereby disclaim and negate all and any warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose. Further, we do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the Service and/or materials in relation to our Service or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites and/or affiliated parties linked to this site.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you shall indemnify, and hold harmless CS.MONEY, its licensors, licensees, distributors, agents, representatives, and other authorized users, and all of the foregoing entities' respective officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, representatives, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, attorney fees, and expenses arising out of or in connection with (i) your use of the Service, (ii) your violation of these Terms of Use, (iii) your violation of any third party right, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, or privacy right, and (iv) any submission by you that causes damage to a third party.
You agree to cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. CS.MONEY reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. You shall not enter into any agreement that affects the rights of CS.MONEY without CS.MONEY’s prior written approval.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Neither CS.MONEY nor any other party involved in creating or delivering the Website and/or Service shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with any use of, or inability to use, the Service and/or the Website.
The Website or the Service may contain links to other third-party websites. We are not in any way responsible for the content of such links as these are not in any way monitored by us. We shall not be held liable and/or responsible for the content of such third-party websites and accept no liability for any loss or damages occurring as a result of or relating to the use of these websites. We note that if you access these third-party websites, you do so at your own risk.
The foregoing limitation applies regardless of the nature of the cause of action (whether a breach of contract or tort, including negligence) and even if CS.MONEY has previously been advised of or reasonably could have foreseen, the possibility of such damage or loss.
The foregoing limitation applies to all damages arising out of or in connection with any use of, or inability to use the Service, the Website or, including but not limited to: (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies; (ii) personal injury or property damage; (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers, including any personal or financial information stored therein; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted through the Website.
To the extent that any jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or limitation of any incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation shall apply to the extent permissible under applicable law.
AMENDMENTS
We may make changes to these Terms of Use and to the Service from time to time without prior notification. We may do this for a variety of reasons including changes in or requirements of the law, new features, or changes in business practices and/or any other reason. The most recent version of these Terms of Use will be posted on the Website, and you should regularly check for the most recent version. If the changes include material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you of the changes by reasonable means. If you continue to use the Service after the changes become effective, then you agree to the revised Terms of Use.
TERMINATION
If you wish to terminate this Agreement as between you and CS.MONEY, you can do so at any time by no longer accessing and/or using the Service.
NO WAIVER
No failure by CS.MONEY to give notice to you of any breach of any provision of these Terms of Use or to exercise any rights shall be deemed a waiver thereof at the same or at any prior or subsequent time.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid and/or unenforceable under any statute, regulation, ordinance, legislation, or by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction, then such provision shall be deemed reformed or deleted but only to the extent necessary to comply with such statute, regulation, ordinance, arbitrator, or court, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
ASSIGNMENT
CS.MONEY may assign, subcontract or otherwise transfer its rights and/or obligations hereunder without notice to you or obtaining your consent. You may not assign, sub-contract, or otherwise transfer your rights and/or obligations hereunder.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
All inquiries relating to the construction, validity, enforcement, and interpretation of these Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, unless otherwise required by the law of the country where the User has his habitual residence.
RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
A party seeking a court resolution of a dispute shall first send a written claim to the other by electronic mail (“Claim”). CS.MONEY’s e-mail address for the Claim: [email protected].
The Claim must (1) describe the nature and basis of the claim or dispute; and (2) set forth the specific relief sought. We agree to use good faith efforts to resolve the Claim directly, but if we do not reach an agreement within 30 days after the Claim is received, you or CS.MONEY may commence a court proceeding to the courts of Cyprus located in Limassol, subject to the applicable legislation of Cyprus, unless otherwise required by the law of the country where the User has his habitual residence.
This provision shall not be deemed to deprive the consumer of the protections afforded to you by the applicable rules relating to contractual obligations of the law of the state in which you have your habitual residence.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Where permitted under the applicable law, you agree that you may bring claims against CS.MONEY only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
